This soft, clean and bright white wine has exceptional Chardonnay aromas with a touch of fatness from the 20% of wine that was barrel fermented. There are notes of tropical fruits together with some citrus aromas such as lime and lemon. Beautifully balanced on the palate, it finishes with a long, fresh yet creamy aftertaste.

An excellent partner to fish and seafood but it really shows its class with a risotto.
