The Pianocornello Brunello di Montalcino Riserva, produced only in the best years, is made from carefully selected grapes and aged for an extended period to develop its complexity and depth.

It's full-bodied and richly textured, with well-integrated, fine-grained tannins and a vibrant acidity that provides balance and structure. You will find flavours of dark fruit, cherry liqueur, and hints of licorice and cocoa, complemented by a mineral edge and savoury undertones, leading to a long, elegant finish with lingering notes of dried herbs and spice.

The 2015 vintage, noted for its ideal growing conditions is drinking beautifully now but also has the potential to age gracefully for 10-15 years, developing even more complexity over time.
