Pommard 'Les Cras', Domaine de Montille, 2022
An attractive nose of bright red fruits and cedar, with earthy, berry notes. Palate is nicely drawn, supple, with crunchy blue and red fruits, and good poise and persistence.
 
Nuits-Saint-Georges, Edouard Delaunay, 2021
With a good weight of red berry fruit, raspberry and a little plum. An admirable depth of fruit with a peppery finish and fine tannins making it quite simply delicious. 
 
Savigny-lès-Beaune, Jane Eyre, 2022
Bright, red fruit and rose petal nose. Crunchy, juicy, attack, with a solid core of perfumed sappy red cherries and svelte, plummy tannins. Good tension and equilibrium, this will have no shortage of appeal.
 
Clos de la Perrière Fixin Premier Cru, Albert Bichot, 2020
Supple but rich attack, mostly red berries and red plums; showing off mild spice and a little woodsmoke, with plum skin tannins and blood orange acidity. This is pretty, sophisticated and lively - showing off the quality of this fabled terroir.
 
Puligny-Montrachet Les Charmes, Domaine Alain Chavy, 2022
Tantalising with peach and apricots, crisp orchard fruits and a streak of minerality. Elegant and full-bodied on the palate with rich character and a long, spicy finish, this epitomises the very best of Alain's style. 
 
Pernand Vergelesses Premier Cru, Sous Fretille, Pierre Meurgey, 2019
Punchy citrus fruit and white flowers which give the wine an expressive nose and rich palate. Displays a highly refreshing salinity on a complex and persistent finish, imbuing the wine with remarkable depth and finesse.
