Domaine Rossignol-Trapet is a renowned biodynamic estate based in Gevrey-Chambertin, at the heart of the Côte de Nuits. The domaine was formed in 1990 when brothers Nicolas and David Rossignol inherited vineyard holdings from both sides of their family.
Today, they farm 14 hectares, including prestigious parcels in Chambertin and Latricières-Chambertin, alongside a strong line-up of Gevrey village and Premier Cru sites. Committed to sustainable practices, Rossignol-Trapet has been fully biodynamic since 2008, producing wines that are elegant, precise, and deeply expressive of their terroirs.

"Mid crimson. Peppery, pure dark-red fruit. Light-bodied, a little firmer in texture than the Beaune Les Teurons but still very gentle. Nicely fresh and peppery on the finish."
"A bright ruby purple. Good energy without massive concentration. A darker red berry fruit. No more than a middleweight Gevrey but a very pretty one with a fluid fruit that extends across the palate, and indeed returns after the very refined tannins. Drink from 2028-2032. Tasted Nov 2024. ****"
