What the critics say:
"Cask sample. More crimson than many. Lots of upfront fruit. Real structure and extract here. This could well turn into quite an impressive wine. The fruit is positively burly! Grainy finish."
"Profoundly intense red berries mingle with savory spice and a touch of quinine on the palate, making it a more savory Charmes that lends a certain seriousness. Satin tannins and a graceful arch of acidity give this well-placed structure. The three Faiveley parcels are all close to one another on the southern end of the cru and add up to 0.8123 ha."
