The 2023 vintage represents another huge success at Domaine Anne et Herve Sigaut. Grapes were harvested in the cooler morning hours (6 am–1 pm) to preserve freshness amid Burgundy’s warm harvest conditions. The wines are farmed biodynamically and are unfiltered and unfined, capturing their purest expression of terroir.
"A "baby Bonnes Mares," this plot next to the grand cru delivers sweet red berry fruit with hints of rose petal and violet. The palate is cherry-driven, with a touch of spice and exceptional length. Crafted from 40-year-old vines, this wine is refined and age-worthy."
