It’s medium-bodied, well balanced, quite smooth, almost broad in texture with a lingering finish. A portion was fermented in neutral oak. From organically grown grapes. Drink now or hold."

"Hints of white pepper, anise and seaweed add interest to the aromas of poached pear and pretty white floral scents. The rich, generous and reasonably vibrant middle weight flavors exude a subtle bead of minerality on the attractively dry if mildly warm finale.
