Located in the heart of Chablis, Jean, son of Marius and Agnès Collet, founded Domaine Jean Collet in 1952. They look after around 40 hectare of vines that are spread over the best slopes of the Right and left bank of the Serein.
Their old vines are averaging 91 years old, which truly reflect the unique, rich sub soils and mineral strata that Chablis provides.

"Made in cement eggs, plus 10% barrel. Fine mid lemon yellow. A particularly classy nose, with a certain depth of fruit lemon scented, very elegant yet with intensity and persistence. Perhaps the best aftertaste to date in this cellar. Tasted: June 2021."
