Located in the heart of Chablis, Jean, son of Marius and Agnès Collet, founded Domaine Jean Collet in 1952. They look after around 40 hectare of vines that are spread over the best slopes of the Right and left bank of the Serein. Their old vines are averaging 91 years old, which truly reflect the unique, rich sub soils and mineral strata that Chablis provides.
The domaine features as one of the Top 20 Chablis Producers in Tim Atkin's Burgundy 2023 Special Report.

"The 2023 Chablis Village has a more floral bouquet. White flower hints complement the citrus fruit. The palate is lively and fresh, with good concentration and a touch of bitter lemon with ample weight on the finish for a Village Cru. A competent Chablis.
